By downloading any Product licensed by SweIcons, You, the licensor, agree to the
following:
Licence
SweIcons grants you to use and modify The Product for any number of developers,
designers and/or projects at one company, upon a limited, personal, non-exclusive,
non-transferable Royalty-Free license.
You can use the icons in any number of your software products, web site designs,
GUI design, or printed material for you or for your clients, without having to pay
additional licensing fees.
You may not resell, rent, license, sub-license, transfer, lease or redistribute
the Product, The Product may not be used to sell or redistribute graphical products
that compete with SweIcons. You also cannot resell, transfer, sublicense or otherwise
make available any derivative work based on our Product.
The Product is copyrighted by SweIcons or its licensors. No title or intellectual
property rights in the Product is transferred to you.
All our artwork is provided "as is." You agree to hold SweIcons harmless for any
damages that may occur due to use, or inability to use the Product from SweIcons.
SweIcons retains all rights not expressly granted by this license.
Modifications to the Service and Fees
SweIcons reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any
time for any reason with or without notice.
SweIcons reserves the right to change fees charges for products at any time for
any reason with or without notice.
Termination
Violation of any part of the Terms of Use will result in termination of this agreement.
You will have to immediately stop using our Product.
